Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales

n

CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Graduation is mandatory
n
- 2+ years of experience in Field Sales
n
- BFSI / Banking / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals
n
- Good market and business development skills
n
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license required
n




- Jaipur local candidates preferred
n

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new business through field sales
n
- Identify and convert potential customers
n
- Build strong customer relationships
n
- Conduct market visits and client meetings
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets
n
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
n
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups
