Role Title: Senior Quality Engineer II

Position Summary

The Quality Engineering Lead, RTP Web is responsible for leading and scaling quality engineering practices across Marriotts global digital web platforms, with a robust emphasis on adopting an AI-first mindset and integrating AI/ML technologies into QE strategy & solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery accountability to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant web and API experiences.

The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Marriotts global digital web platforms by designing and implementing scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions.
