WE'RE HIRING | FASHION DESIGNER

Windeson Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer – Womenswear to join our design team in Noida.

n

Location: Noida

n

Employment: Full-time | On-site

n

Category: Womenswear

n

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on skills)

n

Working: 6 days a week

n

Experience: Minimum 3 years

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop commercial womenswear styles based on international fashion trends
n
- Conduct trend, fabric, colour and market research
n
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches and CADs
n
- Develop prints, placements, colourways and garment details
n
- Work closely with merchandising, sampling and production teams
n
- Follow styles from concept through sampling and final approval
n
- Attend fittings and provide design corrections/comments
n
- Ensure designs meet buyer requirements, quality standards and timelines
n

What We're Looking For

n

Minimum 3 years of relevant fashion design experience

n

Strong experience in womenswear

n

Experience with an export house / apparel manufacturing / fashion brand preferred

n

Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and silhouettes

n

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

n

Robust trend awareness and commercial design sense

n

Good communication and coordination skills

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel environment

n
