Role Overview

Tests Salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual

n

QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability

n

Good to have: Broadridge platform experience.

n

The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.

n

6- 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado

n

Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
n
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
n
- Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates
n




- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
n
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
n
- Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team
n

Must-Have Skills

n

n
- Robust hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
n
- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation
n
- Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this
n
- Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same
n
- Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization
n

Good-to-Have Skills

- Prior Selenium automation experience
n
- Test data management for Salesforce
n
- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
