Job Title: US IT cum Engineering Recruiter (Direct Client & W2 Staffing)

Job Summary Results-oriented US Recruiter with experience supporting direct client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Strong experience in W2 hiring and building candidate pipelines for both technical and business-focused roles across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

n

IT Recruitment:

n

n
- Recruit for IT positions including Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Java/.NET Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and Cybersecurity professionals.
n
- Work directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
n
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and networking channels.
n
- Conduct technical and behavioral screening interviews.
n
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
n
- Build and maintain a strong W2 consultant pipeline for client requirements.
n

Non-IT Recruitment:

n

n
- Recruit for Finance, HR, Administrative, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, Sales, and Marketing roles.
n
- Conduct competency-based screening and candidate evaluations.
n
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
n




- Ensure timely fulfillment of direct client hiring needs.
n

Direct Client Management:

n

n
- Partner directly with US-based hiring managers and business leaders.
n
- Participate in requirement gathering and workforce planning discussions.
n
- Provide market insights, candidate availability, and hiring trends.
n
- Maintain robust client relationships to ensure successful delivery of recruitment needs.
n
- Manage priorities across multiple direct client accounts.
n

W2 Hiring Experience:

n

n
- Extensive experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4-EAD, GC-EAD, TN Visa holders, and other work-authorized professionals on W2.
n
- Explain W2 employment benefits and compensation structures to candidates.
n
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and employment documentation.
n
- Maintain compliance with client and federal hiring requirements.
n
