Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Consolidation Project Manager to lead an enterprise Salesforce CRM consolidation initiative involving multiple Salesforce environments, business processes, integrations, and stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Salesforce implementation, consolidation, migration, integration, testing, and deployment projects, along with excellent stakeholder and project governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Salesforce CRM consolidation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and execution roadmaps.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate across Salesforce, business, functional, technical, integration, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage communication between onshore and offshore teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project governance, status reporting, and escalation management.
- Coordinate Salesforce data migration and consolidation activities across multiple environments.
- Oversee integration activities involving Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Ensure project dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinate release planning, production deployment, and post-deployment stabilization.




- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on timelines, resources, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation plans are maintained.
- Support cutover planning and ensure smooth transition to production.
- Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed and international teams.
- Travel to the Netherlands for a short duration, if required by the project.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 8 years of overall IT/project management experience.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce CRM implementation, consolidation, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM processes.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce migration and integration activities.
- Strong project planning, execution, tracking, and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional, onshore, offshore, and international teams.
- Strong understanding of testing, deployment, release management, and production cutover processes.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with enterprise Salesforce consolidation programs.
- Experience handling multiple Salesforce orgs/environments.
- Exposure to Salesforce data migration and integration architecture.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale CRM transformation programs.
