Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business through field sales activities. Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular client meetings and field visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote company products and services effectively. Maintain accurate sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduation Mandatory. Minimum

2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Local candidates from Muzaffarpur will be preferred.

Preferred Industry: BFSI Insurance Banking FMCG Telecom Any Field Sales Background
