ZycoSoft is a software development & tech consulting agency serving clients across Globally. We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive outbound sales - cold calling, relationship building, appointment setting, and lead nurturing.
What you'll do
- Cold call and follow up with prospects (Global markets)
- Build relationships and nurture leads via calls, email, LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book appointments/demos for the Senior team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM
What we need
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, tech sales, or inside sales (experience not mandatory - attitude and communication matter more)
- Fluent English (spoken written) - mandatory
- Neutral/international accent - nice to have
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Self-motivated, target-driven, coachable
- Basic understanding of, or genuine interest in, tech/software services
