Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram.
The Sales
Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, explain product features, and guide them in selecting suitable policies.
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and ensuring high standards of customer service and policy conversion. The role also involves meeting defined sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries, and staying updated on product changes, pricing, and compliance requirements.
Sales
Executives are expected to contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights and feedback with management.
Qualifications
- Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful policy purchases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex insurance information in a explicit, customer-friendly manner.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or telecalling systems; comfort working with online platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, telesales, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
