About the Role

At NavMarg, we are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive – International Freight Forwarding with exceptional communication and sales skills who can actively contribute to the growth of our business.

This is a business-generation role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international freight forwarding, global logistics, import-export, shipping or related B2B logistics services and understand how businesses manage their transportation and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, referrals, networking and other channels.

Research and build a strong pipeline of potential customers involved in import, export and international trade.

Connect with decision-makers and understand their logistics, freight and transportation requirements.

Introduce NavMarg’s services and position us as a reliable logistics partner and strategic logistics advisor.

Prepare and coordinate competitive quotations with the operations/pricing team.

Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into active customers and recurring business.

Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers.

Identify opportunities to increase business through repeat shipments and additional logistics services.

Visit customers and prospects regularly to understand their requirements and strengthen relationships.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and business opportunities.

Monitor market trends,



competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to shipment execution.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to sell, negotiate and close business.

Confident in making cold calls and meeting potential customers.

Comfortable with field sales and client visits.

Proven ability to generate leads independently rather than relying only on company-provided leads.

Good understanding of international freight forwarding / import-export / logistics.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.

Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.

Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with sales targets.
