Role Description The Sales Executive role at BuyBuyCart is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for engaging with customers, explaining product features, recommending suitable options, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. Daily activities include managing in-store inquiries, following up on leads, updating sales records, and coordinating with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role also involves promoting app usage, collecting customer feedback,



and supporting promotional campaigns to drive revenue and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into successful transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools, mobile apps, and point-of-sale systems.
