Responsibility

- Greet and assist customers professionally to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and store presentation standards.
- Ensure proper folding, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise.
- Manage inventory efficiently by following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Support billing, stock verification, and inventory management activities.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the assigned department.
