Hiring: SAP TM Lead | SAP Transportation Management

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Work Mode: 100% Onsite – Client Location

Experience: 6+ Years

n

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Lead to join a client-facing project in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting transportation management solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
n
- Work on end-to-end transportation planning and freight management processes.
n
- Handle freight settlement, carrier collaboration, shipment execution, and logistics network optimization.
n
- Work closely with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration.
n
- Prepare Transportation Solution Design Documents and functional specifications.
n
- Define and document Transportation Planning & Freight Management solutions.
n
- Configure and support Freight Settlement processes.
n
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and UAT documentation.
n
- Support master data and migration strategies.
n
- Prepare and execute cutover and go-live plans.
n
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business and support teams.
n

Must-Have

n

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM / Transportation Management.
n
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM.
n
- Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management, and freight settlement.
n
- Experience preparing functional/design documentation, test scripts, UAT, migration, cutover, and go-live plans.
n
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional SAP teams.
n

n

This is a 100% onsite, client-facing project. The selected candidate must be available to work from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, 5 days a week.
