About the Role

The Senior Manager - Real Estate Operations & Governance will drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across various teams, ensuring effective management of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.
n
- Lead site reccy, site visits and preliminary location assessments.
n
- Coordinate LOIs, Term Sheets, Lease/Leave & License Agreements, legal drafts and property documentation.
n
- Track negotiations, approvals, dependencies, milestones and critical action items to closure.
n
- Own Real Estate MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reporting.
n
- Coordinate with landlords, brokers, consultants and other external stakeholders.
n
- Support leadership on governance, escalations, reviews and strategic Real Estate initiatives.
n
- Drive process discipline,



documentation and standardization across the Pan-India portfolio.

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related fields; MBA preferred.
n
- 5–10 years' experience in Real Estate Operations, PMO or Corporate Real Estate.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong stakeholder management, execution and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience in site reccy, real estate documentation and legal coordination.
n
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint and reporting capabilities.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Experience in managing large-scale real estate projects.
n
- Familiarity with legal frameworks related to real estate.
n
