About the Role

Notetech Software is looking for a Sales Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our software products.

The role involves outbound cold calling, qualifying prospects and scheduling webinars or product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to businesses in India and selected international markets.
- Introduce our product and explain its business benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Handle basic questions and objections during calls.
- Schedule webinars and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure scheduled meetings are completed.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team through the sales process.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, telecalling or business development for Software/SaaS products
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.




- Good persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to make calls during suitable international business hours when required.

Training

One week of onboarding and product training will be provided, covering product, target customers, cold-calling techniques, prospect qualification, objection handling and the sales process.

Compensation

₹15,000 fixed monthly base pay + performance-based incentives.

Additional incentives are based on qualified appointments and successful sales, according to the company's incentive structure.
