Role Description The Sales Associate role at MR DIY India is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur.

The Sales

Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products across various categories, ensuring a friendly and helpful shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate price labels and signage. The role also involves handling basic customer queries, supporting billing and checkout processes, monitoring inventory levels, and following company policies and safety standards.

Associates work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales targets and contribute to smooth daily store operations.

Qualifications

- Customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and build positive interactions.
- Retail sales and point-of-sale operations skills, with basic numeracy and attention to accuracy during billing and cash handling.
- Merchandising and store maintenance skills, such as organizing shelves, managing product displays, and maintaining a neat, safe store environment.
- Communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain product features clearly and respond to customer questions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment is essential.
- Minimum educational qualification: secondary school completion or equivalent; higher education in commerce or business is an advantage.
