Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Raurkela.

The Sales

Associate will engage with schools, institutions, and distributors to promote and sell the company’s educational publications and digital solutions.

Responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting order processing and follow-up. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery status, and gathering market feedback to help improve offerings.

The Sales

Associate will also assist in planning local promotional activities and represent the company at relevant events and meetings.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build rapport with schools, institutions, and distributors.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain product features and benefits clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Basic business, negotiation, and follow-up skills to close deals and manage order cycles effectively.

- Comfort with using computers and common office software for maintaining records, reports, and communication.

- Knowledge or interest in the education and publishing sector, especially school-level textbooks and digital learning tools.

- Ability to work on-site in Raurkela, travel locally as needed, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, marketing, or education is an advantage.

- Prior experience in field sales or educational publishing sales is preferred but not mandatory.
