Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru North for a Sales and Management Information Systems (MIS) Intern. The intern will support the sales team by maintaining and updating sales data, preparing daily and weekly MIS reports, and tracking key performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection from various internal systems, validating data accuracy, and generating dashboards or summaries for leadership review.

The intern will assist with preparing presentations, supporting sales campaigns,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow. The role offers exposure to commercial insurance products, technology-enabled sales processes, and operational workflows within a fast-growing insurance brokerage.

Qualifications

- Strong data management and analysis skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic dashboards.
- Comfort with technology platforms and CRM or database systems, with an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and timely completion of MIS reports and documentation.
- Ability to interpret numerical data, identify trends, and present insights in a clear, structured manner.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in insurance, financial services, or technology-enabled sales operations; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on-site in Bengaluru North.
