LaunchMyStore (launchmystore.io) is an AI-native ecommerce platform. Merchants launch a complete online store in about 60 seconds, then run their entire business from one place: storefront builder, product variants, digital goods, subscriptions, POS, payments across 500+ regions, an app marketplace, and Nova, our AI admin assistant with 160+ tools. Thousands of entrepreneurs already sell on the platform and we process over 5,000 orders a day.

The Role

You will be the first voice a potential merchant hears. We bring in the leads. You call them, understand what they are trying to sell, show them what LaunchMyStore can do, and get them started. This is a conversation, not a script read. If people enjoy talking to you and you know how to move a warm lead to a decision, you will do well here.

What You Will Do

- Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads every day
- Understand each merchant's business and match them to the right plan
- Run product walkthroughs and answer questions with confidence
- Close deals and hit monthly targets
- Keep your pipeline and call notes clean in the CRM




- Bring feedback from your calls back to the product team

What We Are Looking For

- 1+ year in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead conversion
- Genuinely good on a call: clear, warm, easy to talk to
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Handles objections calmly instead of getting flustered
- Self-driven. This is a remote role and nobody will be looking over your shoulder
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection

Compensation

- Base salary: Rs. 15,000 per month
- Incentives: completely uncapped. There is no ceiling on what you can earn. Robust closers take home several times their base
- Fully remote, work from anywhere in India
