Job Title: Store Sales Manager – Retail

Location: Haldwani / Khatima, Uttarakhand

Salary: ₹30,000–₹70,000 per month

TYYARI – Job Skills Academy is hiring a Store Sales Manager for a retail client. We are looking for someone who can independently manage showroom operations, achieve sales targets, train staff and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets and set individual targets for the sales team.
- Monitor customer footfall, sales conversion, average bill value and staff performance.
- Lead a team of 25–30 employees, managing shifts, counter allocation, attendance and discipline.
- Train staff in product knowledge, customer handling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, transfers and inventory checks.
- Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness and service standards.
- Oversee billing,



POS operations and cash-handling procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase and Warehouse teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of relevant retail experience, including store management and sales operations.
- Proven experience supervising and developing a retail sales team.
- Solid understanding of sales targets, inventory control and customer service.
- Practical knowledge of POS/ERP systems, Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
