We are looking for a friendly, energetic Bakery Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our bakery, you will welcome customers, answer questions about our baked goods, take orders, and ensure a clean, appetizing display. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while driving daily bakery sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Sales: Greet incoming customers, assist with product selections, suggest pairings or promotional items, and provide accurate information regarding ingredients, allergies, and menu options.
- Order Processing: Handle point-of-sale (POS) cash and card transactions quickly and accurately. Take custom cake, catering, and special orders in person or over the phone.
- Display & Merchandising: Maintain fully stocked,



visually appealing display cases and bread shelves throughout the day. Label all items accurately with names and prices.
- Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling. Keep the front counter, customer seating area, and service stations clean and sanitized.
- Packaging: Package fresh bread, pastries, and cakes neatly and securely for takeaway customers.
- Inventory Support: Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock items to the baking team. Assist with receiving and stocking packaging supplies and dry goods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
