About the Role

n

Carpediem Healthcare is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our nutraceutical and wellness portfolio across Delhi NCR.

n

The selected candidate will build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nutritionists, pharmacies, distributors and other healthcare professionals while driving prescriptions, product availability and sales within the assigned territory.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and nutritionists across the assigned Delhi NCR territory.
n
- Present the ingredients, scientific benefits, dosage and positioning of Carpediem's nutraceutical products.
n
- Generate prescriptions and build consistent demand for the company's product portfolio.
n
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors and stockists.
n
- Identify and onboard new doctors, clinics, pharmacies and business partners.
n
- Achieve assigned monthly prescription, sales, collection and territory-development targets.
n
- Prepare daily visit plans and ensure systematic coverage of the assigned area.
n
- Conduct product presentations, doctor meetings, pharmacy activations and promotional activities.
n




- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure regular product availability.
n
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements and new opportunities.
n
- Maintain daily call reports, doctor databases, sales records and activity reports.
n
- Participate in medical conferences, healthcare events, camps and promotional programmes.
n
- Communicate only approved and compliant product information.
n

Must-Have Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
n
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical field sales.
n
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR healthcare and pharmacy market.
n
- Strong communication, product-presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
- Ability to understand and confidently explain nutraceutical ingredients and perks.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned Delhi NCR territory.
n
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
n
- Working knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, Excel and daily reporting.
n
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales and prescription targets.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be considered an advantage:

- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. Life Sciences or another healthcare-related qualification.
n
- Experience working with a nutraceutical, dietary supplement, wellness or pharmaceutical company.
n
- Existing relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors or stockists across Delhi NCR.
n
- Experience promoting products related to gut health, multivitamins, bone health, women's wellness, beauty supplements or sleep support.
n
- Connections with physicians, gastroenterologists, orthopaedic doctors, gynaecologists, dermatologists, dietitians or general practitioners.
n
- Experience organising doctor meetings, product demonstrations, pharmacy activations or medical camps.
n
- Knowledge of distributor, stockist and secondary-sales management.
n
