Master Data Specialist

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Assess current master data practices and identify risks that could impact

n

operations during transformations initiatives and propose structural solutions.

n

• Analyse current master data structures and identify risks, gaps, and

n

standardization opportunities.

n

• Identify opportunities to simply, standardize and strengthen data processes to

n

cater to long-term operational resilience.

n

• Partner with supply chain functions Plan, Procurement, Make, deliver teams etc

n

to translate operational needs into scalable & practical data and process design.

n

• Validate solution designs to protect legacy ERPs and downstream operational

n

flows, reporting, and integrations.

n

• Assist in data quality initiatives, cleansing strategies, and mapping frameworks

n

across legacy systems.

n

- Drive data quality improvements and support governance adoption.
n
- Collaborate with deployment partners while maintaining strong focus on
n

n

operational feasibility.

n

What We Are Looking For

n

• Robust experience in Master Data Management across Material and/or

n

Business Partner, and business-critical and functional data domains.

n

• Proven experience in driving Master Data Process Standardization and

n





Harmonization in large ERP / S/4 transformations.

n

• Deep understanding of Master data operating models and role-based data

n

ownership between business, data operations and IT.

n

• Operational business processes knowledge across Planning, Manufacturing,

n

Procurement, Logistics, Quality etc

n

• Experience in leading and Improving Master Data Operations at scale,

n

ensuring high data reliability, operational eJiciency and enterprise readiness.

n

• Drive continuous improvements of Master Data process by identifying

n

structural ineJiciencies, eliminating rework and increasing straight-trough

n

processing.

n

• Ability to review current Master Data processes with a transformation lens and

n

driving improvements without any disruptions.

n

• Experience defining, tracking and operationalizing KPIs, SLAs and Capacity

n

Models for Master Data teams.

n

• Working knowledge of SAP / MDG data models, governance framework and

n

data standards along with the E2E business processes in MDG and S4.

n

n
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (SD, MM, LE, PP, SCM) is desirable.
n
- Experience in working with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other data and
n

n

analytics tools is preferred.
