Job Description

We're looking for a highly driven Lead - Accounts Receivable professional to own and strengthen our AR function end-to-end. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about collections, process improvement, team mentoring, and driving operational excellence in a global finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Own Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging analysis, and reporting

n

Drive AR performance metrics such as DSO, CEI, Invoice Accuracy, and Dispute Resolution Rates

n

Lead collections strategy and reduce outstanding receivables through structured follow-ups and escalations

n

Mentor and develop team members while establishing accountability and best practices

n

Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives

n

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders globally

n





Support month-end and year-end close activities

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
n
- Solid experience managing AR KPIs including DSO and CEI
n
- Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives
n
- Experience working with US clients, US-based organizations, or multinational environments (Mandatory)
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
n
- Understanding of revenue recognition and accounting fundamentals
n

QuickBooks experience

n

ERP systems exposure (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)

n

Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Managed Services, or recurring billing environments
