Job Description
Director – Global GCC Sales
n
Location: India
n
Company: Linx
n
Function: Global Capability Centers (GCC) / Enterprise Sales
n
Experience: 10+ years
n
Employment: Full-time
n
About the Opportunity
n
Where should a company build its next 50, 200 or 500-person team?
n
India may be the right answer.
n
But depending on the capability, talent requirements, time zone and economics, the answer could be the Philippines, Vietnam, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Poland — or somewhere else entirely.
n
At Linx, we help companies make that decision and then help them execute it.
n
We are looking for a Director – Global GCC Sales based in India to help build and scale our Global Capability Center business.
n
This is not a traditional staffing sales position, and it is not an account-management role.
n
We are looking for a hunter who can originate, develop and close significant GCC opportunities.
n
What We Do
n
Linx helps organizations build and operate global teams through an integrated model that can include:
n
n
- GCC strategy and location assessment
n
- Talent-market and workforce planning
n
- Talent Acquisition and RPO
n
- Employer of Record (EOR)
n
- Global Payroll
n
- HR and workforce operations
n
- Entity establishment and transition
n
- Employment and compliance infrastructure
n
- Onboarding and ongoing workforce management
n
- Multi-country and distributed GCC models
n
n
This gives our clients flexibility.
n
A company can start with 10 employees through EOR, scale to 50 or 100, establish its own entity when the time is right, and continue growing into a substantial GCC — without rebuilding its workforce infrastructure at every stage.
n
Our goal isn't to sell a particular country.
n
Our goal is to help companies determine where in the world they should build — and then help them build it.
n
The Role
n
You will own the development of new GCC business for Linx.
n
Your job begins before an RFP exists.
n
You will identify companies considering global expansion, new capability centers, captive operations, offshore or nearshore teams, and major international workforce initiatives.
n
You'll develop executive relationships, uncover opportunities, shape solutions and lead the commercial process through close.
n
What You'll Do
n
Originate GCC opportunities
n
Build a high-quality enterprise pipeline through your existing network, targeted account development, executive outreach, partnerships, industry relationships and events.
n
Sell to senior decision-makers
n
Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, CTOs, transformation leaders,
procurement teams and other executives responsible for global workforce and location decisions.
n
Lead strategic GCC conversations
n
Understand what a client is trying to accomplish — capabilities, headcount, skills, economics, time zones, growth expectations and operating requirements — before recommending a solution.
n
Develop global solutions
n
Work with Linx teams to evaluate markets based on talent availability, compensation, scalability, employment infrastructure, compliance and overall economics.
n
Bring multiple capabilities together
n
Create solutions that may combine GCC strategy, Talent Acquisition/RPO, EOR, payroll, entity establishment and ongoing workforce operations.
n
Own complex enterprise sales cycles
n
Lead opportunities from initial conversation through discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, procurement and close.
n
Expand relationships
n
A 25-person initial engagement could become a 250-person GCC.
n
You'll be expected to identify and develop those opportunities over time.
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We are looking for someone with 10+ years of enterprise business development or solution-sales experience, ideally within one or more of the following:
n
n
- Global Capability Centers (GCC/GIC)
n
- Captive center establishment
n
- IT services
n
- BPO / Business Process Services
n
- RPO / Talent Solutions
n
- Managed services
n
- Workforce transformation
n
- Global expansion or market-entry solutions
n
n
You should bring:
n
n
- A demonstrated record of personally originating enterprise opportunities
n
- Experience closing complex, high-value B2B engagements
n
- Strong executive relationships and the ability to create new ones
n
- Understanding of GCC and global workforce operating models
n
- Experience engaging multinational and/or US-headquartered organizations
n
- Strong commercial, solutioning and negotiation skills
n
- Confidence working with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders
n
- The ability to operate independently and help build a business, not simply inherit one
n
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
n
- Comfort working across global time zones and traveling when required
n
n
We're Going to Ask About What You Personally Built
n
The company names on your résumé matter less to us than what you personally created while you were there.
n
During the interview process, expect us to ask:
n
Which enterprise opportunities did you personally originate?
n
Who was the buyer?
n
How did you get into the account?
n
What problem were they trying to solve?
n
What was the initial scope and headcount?
n
What did you personally sell?
n
How long was the sales cycle?
n
What did the engagement ultimately grow into?
n
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a repeatable ability to turn relationships and market opportunities into meaningful business.
n
How Success Will Be Measured
n
We care about outcomes.
n
Success in this role will be measured across:
n
Qualified GCC Pipeline → New Enterprise Logos → GCCs Launched → Deployed Headcount → Revenue & Gross Profit → Account Expansion
n
We understand that strategic GCC opportunities can have complex sales cycles.
n
We therefore care about both the quality of the pipeline you're building and the business ultimately converted from it.
n
Why Linx
n
The traditional GCC journey can involve multiple partners for recruiting, employment, payroll, compliance, entity setup and workforce operations.
n
We're building a different model.
n
Linx can support a company from its first employee in a current country through the creation and scaling of a substantial global capability center.
n
And because our model is global, the conversation doesn't have to begin with:
n
"Which country have you chosen?"
n
It can begin with:
n
"What are you trying to build?"
n
That's the conversation we want this person to lead.
n
A Different First Step
n
We believe people selling the future of global work should also experience how technology is changing the way companies hire.
n
Shortlisted candidates will begin the process with a brief Lexy AI interview, using the AI recruiting technology we're building at Linx.
n
It isn't designed to replace human interaction.
n
It's the beginning of the conversation.
n
Candidates who progress will then meet directly with Linx leadership for deeper discussions around their experience, relationships, commercial track record and vision for growing our Global GCC business.
n
Interested?
n
If you've personally built enterprise relationships, originated significant GCC or workforce opportunities, and want the opportunity to help build a global GCC business from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you.
