As we expand our neurological rehabilitation services, we are looking for a highly

n

skilled and clinically driven MPT Physiotherapist specialising in Neurology to join our

n

team.

n

The Role

n

As an MPT Neuro Physiotherapist at VitalPhysio+, you will be responsible for the

n

assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and rehabilitation of patients with

n

neurological conditions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Conduct comprehensive neurological and functional physiotherapy

n

assessments, including relevant subjective and objective examination.

n

• Assess and address motor control, muscle tone, strength, coordination,

n

balance, postural control, gait, mobility, functional movement, and activities

n

of daily living, as clinically appropriate.

n

• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions including task-specific training,

n

therapeutic exercise, functional rehabilitation, balance and gait training,

n

motor relearning, neuromuscular re-education, and other evidence-based

n

neurorehabilitation approaches.

n

• Treat patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease,

n

multiple sclerosis, spinal cord disorders, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy,

n





peripheral neurological disorders, vestibular and balance disorders, and other

n

neurological presentations, as appropriate to the centre's clinical practice.

n

• Establish measurable short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals and

n

regularly evaluate progress against defined clinical outcomes.

n

• Modify treatment programmes based on clinical response, functional progress,

n

reassessment findings, and outcome measures.

n

• Maintain high-quality, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and patient

n

records.

n

• Educate patients and caregivers regarding rehabilitation, home programmes,

n

mobility, exercise, safety, positioning, and strategies to maximise functional

n

independence.

n

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to

n

support holistic, patient-centred rehabilitation.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Essential Qualifications

n

• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) with specialisation in Neurology / Neuro

n

Physiotherapy.

n

• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a neuro-

n

focused hospital, rehabilitation centre, or physiotherapy clinic are strongly

n

preferred.

n

• Strong academic foundation and excellent knowledge of neurological

n





physiotherapy and neurorehabilitation.

n

• Demonstrable competence in neurological assessment, clinical reasoning,

n

treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, functional rehabilitation, and patient

n

management.

n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional fresh MPT (Neurology) graduates from reputed and recognised
