Deputy General Manager – Change Management

Job Purpose: As Deputy General Manager for Change Management, you will lead the development, deployment, and governance of the company-wide change management framework, ensuring robust control of product and process changes across the lifecycle. You will build organisational capability, drive adoption, secure cross-functional alignment, and ensure changes are effectively assessed, implemented, and embedded to protect product quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead development and continual improvement of the global change management system, processes, tools, and governance framework.
n
- Drive standardisation and adoption of change management practices across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Programme functions.
n
- Establish robust governance to ensure all changes are consistently assessed, approved, implemented, and verified.
n
- Ensure effective integration of change management with problem management, APQP, FMEA, and wider quality systems.
n
- Striving for an intuitive, easy to use IT tool that is deeply integrated into the Agratas toolchain and incorporates all necessary guardrails and safeguards.
n
- Provide strategic oversight of the change landscape, enabling prioritisation based on risk, impact, and business objectives.
n
- Build organisational capability through training, coaching, and development of change management competencies.
n
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of change management specialists and engineers.
n




- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making for complex, high-impact, or ambiguous changes.

Leadership & Impact Expectations:

- Acts as the functional owner of change management across Agratas.
n
- Provides strategic direction and governance, not just execution.
n
- Influences senior stakeholders across global functions and customer interfaces.
n
- Ensures end-to-end lifecycle integration across NPI, industrialisation, and series production.
n
- Drives continuous improvement and maturity of systems, tools, and organisational behaviours.
n

Qualifications & Experience:

n

n
- 7+ years experience in change management within a complex manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes (APQP, FMEA, problem management, industrialisation).
n
- Proven leadership experience, including team development and cross-functional influence.
n
- Demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and drive company-wide adoption.
n
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and decision-making capability.
n
- Educated to Degree level in an Engineering or Quality related subject.
n
- Experience In The Automotive Industry, preferably In a Tier 1 Supplier Environment
n
- Preferred: Experience with PLM, ERP and MES tools.
n
- Preferred: Certified 6 sigma Green Belt and Core Tools Certified (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP / Control Plan)
n
- Preferred: Experience with SharePoint, PowerApps and Power BI.
n
- Nice to have: Experience in a start-up environment.
