Role: Gaming Technical & Customer Support

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Shift: US Shifts | 24×7 Rotational

n

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate

n

Technical/Customer Support experience preferred

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat & Email
n
- Support Gaming Products, Billing, Payments & Subscriptions
n
- Troubleshoot basic Hardware & Software issues
n
- Manage support tickets through CRM
n

Requirements

- Graduation/PG completion certificate
n
- Original mark sheets required for onboarding
n
- Willingness to work US & rotational shifts
n
- Client-mandated training is mandatory
n

n

No WFH | No Hybrid – Work From Office Only
