Position Overview

As a Regional Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our sales teams. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams across the region.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.




- Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training outcomes and participant progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously refine training methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in training and development, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of managing training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools and technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
