Role Description The Reconciliation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for daily reconciliation of orders, deliveries, and financial transactions between internal systems, partner platforms, and client records. The role includes validating billing and payouts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and preparing accurate reports for finance and operations teams.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reconciliation processes, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support audits and compliance requirements. The role also involves using data and technology tools to track performance, ensure data integrity, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial reconciliation, billing validation, and transaction tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, data analysis, and basic reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems, logistics or delivery management platforms, or similar operational tools.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with finance, operations, and partner teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, eCommerce, or last-mile delivery operations is an advantage.
