Hiring | Quality Manager MGM Seven Hills Hospital, Visakhapatnam is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our hospital-wide quality and patient safety initiatives.
Location: Visakhapatnam Industry: Multispecialty Hospital Experience: 10–15 Years Key Responsibilities - Drive implementation and compliance of NABH standards & Quality Management Systems
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance
- Track Quality Indicators, Incidents, RCA, FMEA & CAPA
- Lead Quality Improvement & Patient Safety initiatives
- Support NABH Accreditation, Assessments & Mock Audits
- Coordinate Quality Committees, documentation & management reporting
- Conduct quality and patient-safety training for hospital teams Qualification – Mandatory MBA – Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Quality Management Preferred: Candidates with experience in NABH-accredited multispecialty hospitals and strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, CAPA and Quality Management Systems.
