Job Description – Senior Project Manager
n
The Senior Project Manager will direct the administrative and technical management of Global Delivery Center (GDC) projects. The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, and field operations, demonstrating a robust commitment to operational excellence, team leadership, and successful project delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Oversee all project management functions, including change orders, submittals, and core project engineering workflows.
n
- Supervise, mentor, and train multi-tiered project engineering teams to drive professional development and performance.
n
- Lead key project alignment meetings to ensure seamless operational coordination and execution.
n
- Cultivate talent across direct reports through internal, external, and on-the-job professional development programs.
n
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of critical project milestones and priorities, compiling detailed weekly status reports.
n
- Enforce robust Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) standards across individual projects and corporate operations.
n
- Provide administrative and technical leadership, managing official project documentation and executive correspondence.
n
- Serve as the primary lead for initial project estimations,
establishing precise resource and effort requirements.
n
- Drive product development initiatives within the GDC, managing teams through all phases of release cycles.
n
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across GDC and U.S. entities.
n
- Facilitate daily syncs and ongoing communication with GDC Project Managers to ensure operational alignment.
n
- Leverage a deep technical understanding of GDC services to optimize service offerings and streamline project delivery.
n
- Partner with U.S.-based project and field teams to ensure effective coordination, communication, and execution.
n
n
Basic Qualifications
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
n
- 7–9+ years of construction industry experience, preferably within premier engineering, construction, or general contracting organizations.
n
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects through full life-cycle execution.
n
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated expertise in building strategic stakeholder relationships.
n
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, with proven leadership in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong work ethic with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
n
- Active Project Management certifications or relevant industry affiliations are preferred.
n
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
n

Preferred Experience
n
n
- Experience with Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) environments.
n
- Experience working with Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) or offshore/onshore project delivery teams.
n
- Experience collaborating with U.S.-based General Contractors, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
n
- Strong understanding of construction project engineering, project controls, QA/QC, estimating, and delivery processes.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple projects and priorities.
