- Ideal incumbent will have overall 5-10 years of experience in IT Hiring and at least 3-5 years of multi facet level key account management and hiring experience with mid / large Automobile/ Plant / Manufacturing Recruitment/ FMCD sector companies servicing roles across corporate, plant roles, manufacturing, motor vehicle manufacturing (EV/ICE), supply chain, production and other key strategic areas including enabling / support functions
n
- Should have atleast 3 years of Client Account Management experience and managing end to end client delivery
n
- Excellent team management & mentoring skills are a must for this role. Should have managed at least a team of 2-4 members.
n
- The candidate should have excellent client networking and relationship building skills.
n
- Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role.

- Good market knowledge is a must for this role.
