Job Title: IT Support Executive

On-Premises Network Management

n

n
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for end-users across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
n
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
n
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID
n
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
n
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management, license assignment, and distribution groups
n
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service-related issues
n
- Support network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
n
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when required
n
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
n

Networking

n

n
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
n




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
n
- Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies.
n
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
n
- Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
n
- Knowledge of Azure Administration, Intune, and endpoint management is an added advantage
n

Operating Systems & Tools

- Windows OS and Mac administration knowledge.
n
- Microsoft Cloud Technologies

- IT Service Desk/Ticketing Systems

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
n

n

Relevant certifications preferred:

n

n
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900) are preferred
n

n

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

n

n
- 2+ Years of Experience supporting hybrid environments (On-Premises AD and Microsoft 365)
n
- Hands-on expertise in supporting and troubleshooting end-user devices and peripherals
