We are seeking a motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This role is based in our Palakkad office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals.

2. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

4. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with our online community, fostering a positive brand image and encouraging user-generated content.

5. Campaign Development:



Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns that support overall marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills. Familiarity with various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, is essential. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box will help in crafting compelling content. The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in social media and a valuable understanding of digital marketing trends are highly desirable.
