How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
Use case definition & solutioning - Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize digital experience use cases leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Lead requirements gathering for marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalized experiences, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions across AJO and AEP.
Agile squad & delivery - Operate effectively within agile squads to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, delivery sequencing, demos, and retrospectives. Bring chapter expertise into squad ceremonies, align work to platform standards and reusable patterns, and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technology partners, QA, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital projects on time and with transparent ownership.
Collaboration & communication - Partner with Technology, Analytics,



and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of AJO and AEP with other Adobe solutions and MarTech platforms. Support marketing operations by maintaining campaign tagging, reporting, and analytics standards.
Offshore delivery support & platform architecture - Work closely with the Chapter Lead to support offshore resources with day-to-day activities, project deliverables, requirement clarification, and delivery execution. Provide platform solution guidance, assess design options, and help define scalable architecture approaches that align Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and broader MarTech capabilities with business and technical needs.
Subject matter expertise - Serve as an AJO and AEP subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to marketing, technology, and analytics team members. Foster collaboration and help resolve operational or process challenges, enabling marketing teams to execute data-driven, personalized campaigns effectively.
