What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
The Sr. Developer OEP is responsible for the technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems, as well as providing enhancements to existing technologies. This role converts business requirements into programming instructions, working primarily on back-end Java/Spring Framework and Event Mesh-based applications that support the enterprise customer information system. The incumbent collaborates with subject matter experts, technical leads, developers, solution designers, business system analysts, and infrastructure specialists to gather requirements, evaluate tools and techniques, and identify patterns and best practices to advance technology solutions.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
Design and Development:
- Perform and coordinate application programming activities,



developing specifications, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and adjusting to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of various application components.
- Review, analyze, design, code, test, and debug primarily back-end Java/Spring Framework and Event Mesh-based applications.
- Maintain records to document application development and provide support for existing production applications.

Managing Multiple Priorities:
- Manage tasks for multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, demonstrating effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.
- Process information with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Application Development Tools / Process:
- Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of tools and toolkits for the development and support of applications.
- Apply formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications.
