What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
The Technology Provisioning Analyst is responsible for supporting access provisioning within the organization. This role reviews and processes end-user access requests based on business needs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, controls, policies,



and standards while maintaining accurate communication and contributing to continuous process improvement.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Efficiently perform review and process access requests submitted via ServiceNow.
- Perform add, modify, and revoke access, accurately and within established timelines.
- Perform provisioning activities in accordance with knowledge base guidelines.
- Adhere to established controls, policies, and standards.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication notes within ServiceNow.
- Effectively communicate any gaps identified against established processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the service request management process
