HR Operations Assistant

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via case management, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly support
- Learn to troubleshoot Workday HCM and other HR system questions while guiding associates through common HR transactions such as:
- Use case management, reporting, and analytics tools to track status, follow documented processes, escalate when needed, and identify recurring questions or process gaps
- Support Workday feature releases by testing new functionality, documenting observations, and helping refresh support content
- Assist with basic reporting, data reviews, and troubleshooting activities as you build familiarity with HR systems and processes
- Personal data changes
- Job changes, leave requests, scheduling, and benefits navigation
- Talent, learning, and performance workflows
- Create and update knowledge base articles based on recurring questions and current processes
- Partner closely with HR Product, Workday Platform team,



Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRBPs, and Store Operations teams to ensure seamless employee support
- Maintain high standards of data privacy, accuracy, and compliance in all interactions

What You Bring:
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional with interest in HR operations, employee support, digital HR, or SaaS-based systems
- Some exposure to Workday is preferred, but not required; curiosity and the ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms are essential
- Comfort navigating technology, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting how systems support business processes and employee needs
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills needed to support HR inquiries across our global stores; able to translate technical steps into clear, service-oriented guidance
- Flexible problem solver who can follow standard procedures, stay organized through changing priorities, and recogn
