India Operations Lead (TA, HRBP &Business; Ops)
Key Responsibilities:
- People operations (TA + HR Ops support):
- Execute end-to-end hiring for the India site (Sourcing, Interview Coordination, Offer generation)
- Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee documentation viavendor partner
- Coordinate HR operations inputs (payroll data, compliance, statutory requirements) with vendors
- Coordinate performance cycle operations for the India site (goal-setting cadence, review logistics, documentation, calibration inputs) with India leadership, vendors, and Japan HQ
- Drive org health initiatives for the India site (pulse checks, onboarding feedback, engagement inputs) and propose/track improvement actions with India leadership and Japan HQ
- Support leadership with lightweight HRBP needs (role clarity, team structure inputs, performance/capability discussions, escalations)
- Support employee relations & issue management for India (triage concerns, ensure proper documentation, coordinate investigations / escalations with vendors and stakeholders, and track closure)





Finance ops & budgeting coordination:
- Coordinate payroll processing, reimbursements, tax/PF/ESI, and statutory labor compliance through vendors

- Support budgeting, invoicing, vendor payments, and expense governance ensure policy adherence
- Drive spend approval workflows with Japan HQ for India expenses (create approval tickets/requests, track status, and follow up through closure)
- Track budget vs actuals across categories and validate vendorinvoices/adjustments

Site operations (IT/infra/procurement/admin/travel):
- Coordinate vendor-led IT setup/support (laptops, network, security systems,asset management) aligned with global IT policies
- Oversee office administration, facilities coordination, procurement ofsupplies/services, and travel operations
- Establish scalable SOPs and governance frameworks suitable for a current andgr
