What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
The Technical Analyst is responsible for preparing, customizing, and testing software applications for deployment within the organization. This role involves creating installation packages, ensuring compatibility with enterprise systems. The Packager collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, applies organization-specific configurations, and documents packaging procedures. The position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to quality assurance.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with business and vendor partners to deliver application packages.
- Collaborate with technology teams to create and update applications within a complex technical environment.
- Support team members through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and effective problem solving.




- Analyze and mitigate risks, present alternative solutions, and recommend best-fit approaches for complex initiatives.
- Conduct installation, upgrade, and uninstallation testing to ensure packages function correctly and consistently across environments.
- Identify, document, and report packaging issues, working with packaging and deployment teams to resolve defects.
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and remediation actions.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Collaborates with business units, project managers, and application owners to ensure accurate and timely deployments.
