What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
As a member of CIBCs End Point Compute team, youll play a crucial role in supporting the configuration and automated deployment of Windows operating systems and applications for endpoints.




You will provide key technical 2nd level day-to-day Windows support in day-to-day including troubleshooting and remediating operating system configuration and deployment related issues.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
Provide operational support for Windows endpoints throughout all stages of the endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Creating scripts in PowerShell
- Analyzing and resolving Windows OS and application issues
- Remediating vulnerabilities
- Provisioning VDI
- Leading and participating in technical incident bridges
- Coordinating efforts across teams
- Articulating technical issues using executive language when presenting findings
- Analyzing incident history and det
