What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
As Application Development and Support Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Tier 1 Critical applications both prod and non-prod. This role ensures that application systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business requirements by participating in the technical design, development, and integration of multi-platform systems. You will provide technical expertise for small to medium, complex projects and initiatives related to development, testing, implementation and support of application and/or infrastructure technology in a multi-platform environment. The successful candidate may be required to be on call and accessible 24/7.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.



Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance. Should be able lead complex design and be a key anchor on the design of implementation projects.
- Analysis & Support: Evaluate service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes. Coordinate and execute implementation plans.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Identify and resolve small to medium complex production problems. Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Detail Oriented: You understand that success is in the details. Your critical thinking skills help inform your decision-making, and you notice things that others might miss.
