Position Title: Staff Software Engineer
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Programming Languages: Java (11 / 17+), JavaScript / TypeScript
- Backend & Frameworks: Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, OOAD
- Frontend: ReactJS (or AngularJS), HTML5, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript, responsive design
- Integration & Messaging: Apache Kafka, JMS / ActiveMQ, event-driven design
- SQL Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Azure SQL Server
- NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra
- Caching: Redis o cache-aside, TTL and eviction policy, CDN / edge caching
- Cloud: Azure or GCP hands-on application development
- Containers & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD with Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, Git
- Automation Testing: JUnit / TestNG, Jest, Selenium / Playwright / Cucumber, Rest-Assured / Karate
- Application Servers: Tomcat, Apache Jetty, Reactor Netty
- Performance: JVM tuning, query optimization,

- Writes production code daily, conducts code reviews, and works continuously on code quality, testability, and maintainability improvements across the team

- Partners with Architects on low-level design
