PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Under Armour is seeking a Lead, FP&A; Systems (EPM OneStream) with experience in enterprise performance management platforms and financial planning processes to support the development and scaling of enterprise-wide planning and reporting capabilities. This role requires solid expertise in OneStream or comparable EPM tools, a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and data solutions in a global, cross-functional environment. The position will support the full lifecycle of the OneStream platform including implementation, testing, go-live stabilization, and ongoing administration, while driving data integrity, system scalability, and continuous improvement across planning and reporting cycles.
Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the VP, Corporate FP&A; at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):




- Support OneStream implementation activities including requirements validation, system configuration alignment, data mapping, metadata preparation, and reconciliation
- Partner with system integration partners to execute and oversee testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT), including development of test scripts, issue tracking, and defect resolution
- Support go-live and hypercare activities by monitoring system performance, triaging user issues, investigating data discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of critical defects
- Administer the OneStream platform post-implementation including security, user access, workflows, metadata, reporting objects, and data integrations
- Own cycle readiness and execution support for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
