BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
The DCXT - Contact Center Quality Engineering team at CIBC is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes for contact center technologies. They ensure reliable and effective performance of customer interaction platforms by developing robust testing frameworks and automation solutions. The team upholds high standards of quality, compliance, and security, enabling seamless and consistent customer experiences. JOB PURPOSE:
The Intermediate Quality Engineer French Tester leads testing activities within CIBCs DCXT Contact Center Quality Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, coordinating end-to-end test support, and ensuring all testing processes meet quality standards and project timelines. The incumbent works closely with project managers, developers, quality engineers,



and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Testing Expertise:
- Lead the investigation and translation of business and technical requirements into test cases.
- Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases and test suites using automation tools.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, document results, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare and present status reports, test metrics, and risk assessments to project leadership.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
