Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Spearhead the integration of applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, developing custom connectors, integrations, reports,



and rules.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and operation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Proactively troubleshoot and support existing applications integrated within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Collaborate effectively with operations teams, developers, and application owners on requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and promote automation within the IAM domain.
- Build custom plugins for IdentityIQ and implement complex customizations in areas like segregation of duties and infrastructure asset integration.
