AsLeadBA,youwillberesponsiblefordefininganddocumentingdetailed requirements with product management, ensuring they are well understood by delivery teams, and providing regular analysis and support of our growing system and product footprint.
Youwillplayakeyroleinthesolution designanddelivery ofproductsandservicesina cooperative team environment using agile methods. The role requires excellent
communicationandcollaborativeinvolvementthroughallstages ofproductdevelopment from concept, design and requirements through inception, specification, development, testing, release and retirement.
Whilenotwodaysarelikely tobethesame,yourtypicalresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Understandingcomplex businesslandscapesandclearlyarticulatingbusinessneeds from a varied group of stakeholders.
- Extensive requirements gathering from product managers, analysts, tech leads and other business stakeholders and translating business needs into system or product requirementswithclear, conciseandtestable userstories&processflowstoensure; use cases are met.
- Collaborate with the development team to test features and implement shift left testing practices, ensuring early and frequent testing throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stronganalyticalskills,includingtheabilitytointerpretcomplex businessneedsand translate them into requirements and data specifications for technical solutions
- Ensuringtheserequirementsarewellunderstoodbydeliveryteamsthroughstory kick offs and constant communication.
- Analyzingbusinessprocesses,workflowsanduser journeysusingtechniquessuchasprocess maps,valuestream mapsandstory boards.
- Identifyingandcommunicatinganyrequirementdependencies,issuesorrisks identified through the analysis process.
- WorkcloselywiththeEngineeringmanagertorunagilescrum ceremoniesand produce agile artefacts.
- Contributingtotheteam's understandingandprioritizationduringsprintplanning meetings.
- Participatinginestimationsessions bydescribingtherequirementsandclarifying
