A day in the life:

and reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, India, you will be a part of an inclusive lululemon APAC Legal Team and will be responsible for a broad variety of legal matters including:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, brand & community, technology, lease and license, and service agreements.
- Partnering with Legal Ops to developing, maintaining, and improving contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to support productive business operations.
- Providing practical, risk-based legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial, operational, and strategic matters.
- Partnering with the People & Culture team on employment-related matters, including interpretation of employment laws, workplace policies, employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and employee separations.
