Babli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.

n

We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Trend research and collection development
n
- Fabric selection and sourcing
n
- Sampling, fitting, and garment development
n
- Print, embroidery, and surface development
n
- Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors
n




- Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets
n
- Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches
n
- Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability
n
